2. CREATE A STRATEGY
Your strategy needs to be centered around your goals and how you see yourself growing in the barber industry.
Don't be afraid of losing clients because your business model no longer fits them.
But, always stay in tune with the industry and your customer so as your demand rises so can your prices.
3. FIND YOUR MATCH
There's an ass for every seat -so figure out who you want in your chair and create your business for them.
I know a good cut makes me feel like I can take on and conquer the world. Therefore, that's the goal I have for each of my clients.
It's all about experience, from the time they walk in, to the moment they leave -my clients are getting the best of me.
In my last YouTube Video Your $40 Cuts Weak AF I talk about what kind of clients i've built my business for and my ideal customer.
