Frequently Asked Questions...
1. How long will it take to receive a reply to my email?
We usually reply within 24hrs. EXCLUDING holidays and weekends when office is closed.
2. How long does shipping and processing take?
Paid orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment EXCLUDING holidays and weekends. Shipping within the United States is handled via UPS and takes on average 1-2 business days for processing and 3-4 business days for shipping. Priority Mail option on average take 2-3 days once order is processed and shipped.
International shipping is handled via UPS International and takes anywhere from 6-10 business days.
3. How can I get my tracking number for my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking no. once your package has been shipped. Check the email used during checkout. Remember to check the following day in the afternoon. If for some reason you can't find it, shoot us an email and we will email it back to you.
4. Can I send in my blades or clippers for service?
We apologize, but we currently do not except any outside products for any kind of service.
5. What is the return policy?
All sales are final on DVD's.
All other items unused and unopened may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date.
*Defected items may be returned for full refund or new replaced item within 14 days
